How to Play OutManage:
Goal
Set a better lineup than the Manager using the same roster. the Manager is bound to leave points on the bench and rarely gets that sweet sweet 100% Points For so take some risks and show how a real manager puts together a team.
Limit
Just like regular fantasy, you have until the players game starts to set your lineup. Players lock once the games starts
Tie Breaker
Ties are broken by whoever set their lineup the earliest. If you update your roster it resets the updated time, so committing early may get you the W.
Nuances
- Ties are losses.
- If the Manager drops someone and that player is in your lineup, you can keep them in. It could possibly be a weekly advantage to hold onto someone that vinniedagooch didnt.
- If the Manager picks someone up theyll be available to be put in your lineup, but youll have to keep your eye out to make sure the Manager doesnt get a leg up on you with a sneaky grab.
- While the Manager is restricted by the limitations of the IR and Taxi, you are not. Use that to your advantage to capture those points, before the Manager finally gets the nerve to take them out. Dont forget that the Manager is competing in a real fantasy league so that is by far the focus, even if the poor weekly starts dont reflect that
